About the Job

We are seeking an Adult Care Development Officer to join our team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Endoscopy team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care.

Working closely with our experienced staff, you will contribute to the launch of our new facility, developing new skills and knowledge along the way. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Contribute to training and education programs for staff members
  • Support the delivery of endoscopy services, promoting quality and safety
