About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Field Sales Employee Engagement Executive team. As a field sales representative, you will engage with employees at client sites across the UK, promoting our products and services. This role requires a driving license and flexibility to work away from home about 50% of the year.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be resilient and willing to succeed in a sales-driven role.

No previous sales experience is required, as full training will be provided at our residential Training Academy in Milton Keynes. Our successful Field Sales Executive team members have joined us with little/no previous sales experience but with a strong willingness to learn and succeed.
