Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our client SEN Multi Academy Trust in South Gloucestershire. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to children with Autism and related social and communication needs, ensuring they have the best opportunity to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children with their learning and general wellbeing in a caring and safe environment.
  • Assist with care needs from time to time, as well as positive behaviour management adopting a tailored approach to the individual child.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.

Requirements

  • Appropriate qualifications and training for the role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive annual salary of £20,941.30 - £22,835.30, dependant on experience and qualifications.
