About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our team as a Junior Secretary. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our busy team based in central Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, arranging internal and external appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist fee earners with billing, create monthly invoices, and proofread and edit legal reports.
  • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
