We are looking for a Female Personal Assistant to join our client's team in Salisbury.
Job Overview:
This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to cover extra shifts when needed. Our client has a spinal cord injury and requires support with all aspects of her life, including personal care, clinical care, and daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing health and social care to our client, including personal care, clinical care, and daily living tasks
- Supporting our client with activities she enjoys, such as gardening, going out to different places, and hosting visitors
- Assisting with household duties, including cooking, cleaning, and managing the household
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential for driving our client's adapted vehicle)
- Physical fitness, calmness, patience, and a caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and discretion
Salary and Training:
The salary for this role is £20 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. Our client offers a comprehensive training program, including full training in her particular needs, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals without previous care experience.
