Sales and Administration Professional

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator/Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, processing orders, and taking ownership of all orders that come across your desk.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Take ownership of all orders, from receipt to completion
- Assist colleagues as needed to ensure seamless workflow
- Input data accurately and efficiently
- Pick orders and ensure they are delivered to clients on time
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator/Coordinator or in a sales/servicing/distribution role
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Ability to take ownership of work and work independently
