About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Retail Transformation Consultant to join our team at Stack Digital. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in driving workshops with business users, defining Business Process Documents (BPDs), and owning functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client conversations and conduct design workshops to drive business process transformation
  • Develop functional specifications and review enhancements for SAP CAR, ensuring seamless integration with POSDTA systems
  • Configure and customize SAP CAR / POSDTA systems to meet client requirements
  • Create business process documents and functional specifications to support system design and configuration
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external third parties to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure system and process integrity, adhering to the project template and best practices
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve defects to ensure high-quality system performance
  • Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth system transition
Requirements
  • ~10-15 years of experience in SAP Retail, with a focus on CAR and POS Data Management
  • ~ Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations
  • ~ Strong configuration knowledge in SAP CAR and POS Data analysis
  • ~ Expertise in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and training
  • ~ Ability to work independently and plan tasks effectively
  • ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ~ Experience working in multicultural environments and cross-functional teams
Additional Information

Work Location: 3 days per week at client site in Leeds, UK
