Paramedic Healthcare Specialist

Role Overview:
This Medical Benefits Evaluator position requires a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedic Functional Assessor to assess the impact of disabilities on individuals' daily lives and determine their eligibility for benefits.
- Conduct thorough assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face interactions to understand the effects of disabilities on daily life
- Produce detailed Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to inform the DWP's decision-making process
- Continuously develop clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Valid HCPC registration number is a must for this role
- Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience within or outside an NHS ambulance trust
- UK work permit is necessary
- Excellent communication and typing skills
