About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £46,000 per annum. You will be based in Burnley, with regular travel to various sites throughout the region.

Your primary duties will involve completing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and responding promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk.

You must be able to prioritize maintenance and repair work effectively, achieve agreed response times, and maintain high-quality repairs and maintenance standards.

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will have opportunities to develop your skills through training courses and contribute to the growth and success of City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd.
