About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Storal. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing a rich and engaging experience that fosters their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A Level 3 or above qualification in child development.A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.A commitment to reflecting the values of Storal, including responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
