Early Years Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Barney Lodge Nursery School in Warminster. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences under the EYFS framework, promoting a love of learning in our children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that meet their individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with the team, contributing to a collaborative and inspiring working environment.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development, with a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5.
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.
  • Reflect the values of Storal, including responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, from £23,920 to £27,622.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours).
