Sales Manager Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Job Key Facts:

- Contract: Permanent.
- Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Commission Scheme: Yes.
- Pension Scheme: Contributory.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet their targets and achieve excellent results.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on building strong relationships with key customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
