Team Leadership & Development:
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability within the operations team.
  • Oversee Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in IT and operations teams.
Process Optimisation:
