Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement occupational therapy programs for patients with mental health conditions
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate Occupational Therapy Assistants in your team
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy services
About You
We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy and experience in the mental health environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage budgets and resources.
