Job Title: Ready to Learn Manager

About the Role:

The Axholme Academy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Ready to Learn Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will be responsible for leading and supporting behaviour management across the academy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Take a lead role in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
  2. Develop and implement appropriate mentoring programmes for students at risk of suspension or permanent exclusion.
  3. Provide support in addressing the needs of students and promote best practice in behaviour management.
  4. Collaborate with SLT, DSL, SENDCO and other colleagues to promote highly effective learning and teaching.
