Key Stage Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Key Stage Ready to Learn Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our Ready to Learn systems and procedures across their year groups.

The post holder will work under supervision and guidance to provide support and assistance to students who need help to overcome barriers to learning. This will involve monitoring student progress and providing targeted support to ensure students achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be committed to the post and able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with the Ready to Learn team, Able to Learn team, and other colleagues to promote best practice in behaviour management.
