Job Title: Bank Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at the Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with brain injuries or other neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for a defined group of patients.
* Provide a high-quality, individualized standard of care to a defined group of patients, relatives, and carers.
* Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff.
* Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.
* Adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.
* Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in line with Infection Prevention Control guidance within the clinical environment, minimizing the risk of cross-infection.

Requirements:

* A current NMC Pin registration.
* A legal right to work in the UK.
