About the Role:
NHS Professionals is a flexible staff bank, owned by the Department of Health, providing a range of healthcare services to the NHS. As a Theatre Nurse Bank Position, you will be part of a team that delivers high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management.
- Implement and maintain agreed standards of care, following Codes of Professional Practice.
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Theatre hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration.
- Current nursing practices and knowledge.
