About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate & Partners Executive to join our Ecommerce Team and play a vital part in shaping our performance marketing strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, developing, implementing and managing Affiliate & Partner marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the Affiliate programme, ensuring alignment with the marketing and business strategy.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain campaign assets and promos, source and identify key promotions, prepare collateral, and organise its timely and accurate distribution.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliated businesses and agencies, driving online referrals and brand awareness.
  4. Analyse and report on Affiliate & Partner marketing performance, using relevant KPIs to inform future campaigns.
About You

A minimum of 2 years Affiliate marketing experience is required, with a strong background in performance marketing. Excellent organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, skills and experience in briefing compelling creative content, building and executing integrated campaigns, and analysing complex data are also necessary.

  • A very competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
