Housing Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Housing Service Coordinator to join our team in Leicester. This key role contributes to the delivery of our housing services to residents. Working within our corporate aims and objectives, you will deliver a customer-focused service by coordinating tenancy management and rent collection, ensuring all housing management income is collected effectively.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring fair access, processing applications, conducting background checks, and allocating vacant properties. You will also ensure supported accommodation is available for use, minimising vacant properties and void turnaround time. Additionally, you will maintain health and safety standards, work effectively as a team member, and contribute to our values, culture, and ethos.

We offer a competitive salary up to £24,180 per annum for 37.5 hours per week, along with annual leave, training, and career advancement opportunities. Our benefits package includes discounted goods and services, pension, Westfield Health, and life assurance.
