About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at IAG Cargo. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our technology and processes meet the needs of our business and its people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse processes and technology tools to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that new technology and processes are integrated seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2:2 degree or above in a relevant field, such as IT, engineering, mathematics, business or economics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with desktop packages, including Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools.
  • A clear understanding of risk and issue management processes.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
