Job Description

Think Community Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Damp and Mould Surveyor to join our client's team on a temporary basis, covering properties across Worcester, Cheltenham, and Gloucester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and recommending solutions for damp and mould issues within residential properties.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive property condition assessments to identify potential risks associated with damp and mould.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, landlords, and contractors.
  • Provide expert advice on remedial treatments and recommend cost-effective solutions to mitigate damp and mould issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months' contract with potential for extension.
  • Up to £32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Immediate start available.
