About the Role

You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling complex travel arrangements, creating reports, and preparing high-quality presentations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the Sales Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and creating detailed travel itineraries.
