We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at ESL FACEIT Group. As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our digital advertising footprint across our owned and operated products and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement (70%):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and clients across the UK and European territories.
- Act as an owner of your business with a hunter mentality, proactively identifying and pitching new accounts within your agency patch.
- Represent ESL FACEIT Group with high levels of professionalism and integrity to earn the trust of our customers and build long-term relationships.
- Partner with the planning team to build and deliver impactful pitch documents.
- Be a resource for customers by offering subject matter expertise on gaming communities and how to reach them.
- Drive revenue and deliver quotas through both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Sales Operations (20%):
- Partner with Planning, Ad Ops, and the Account Management teams to ensure accurate campaign delivery and maintain high service levels.
- Monitor campaign success based on KPIs and agree optimization plans where necessary.
- Contribute to weekly/monthly and quarterly business performance reports.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene within the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Brand Partnership Sales Collaboration (10%):
- Support Brand Partnership Sales activity as the advertising sales SME.
- Participate in briefing sessions with Brand Partnerships Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Operations.
- Help prepare and present advertising solutions in alignment with the goals and objectives of the brand partnership customers.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience managing digital sales processes.
- History of consistently delivering sales targets.
- Proven ability to manage high levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as required.
