We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator and Proposal Specialist to join our fast-paced Marketing and Business Development department at Clark Contracts Ltd.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based at our head office in Paisley. As a Bid Coordinator and Proposal Specialist, you will play a vital role in preparing responses to PQQ/SPD and tender submissions, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with client requirements.

You will work closely with other departments to source required information, produce supporting materials, and maintain accurate records. Your expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be essential in creating high-quality documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit high-quality bid responses, tenders, and proposals within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in the preparation of company accreditations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize online tendering portals to identify potential opportunities and assess their suitability.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
