Personal Care Assistant

We are a leading provider of residential care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
About the Role:- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the creation of individualised care plans, taking into account resident preferences and goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
- A salary of £13.00 per hour, paid monthly.
