Teaching Opportunity in Camden

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Intervention Teacher to join our team at a 2-form entry primary school in Camden. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be passionate about providing high-quality education.

As an Intervention Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN. Your expertise will help ensure that these students receive the support they need to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages student participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of interventions across different subjects.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to parents and guardians.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in an SEN setting.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. This salary range reflects the average annual salary for an experienced teacher in London, taking into account factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
