TEACH Poole is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented School Sanitation Specialist to join our support team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our schools, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all school areas, including classrooms, offices, hallways, and toilets.
  • Implement efficient cleaning schedules to minimize disruptions to teaching and learning.
  • Supervise the use and disposal of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant authorities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cleaning processes and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
