Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our golf centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operation of the golf centre, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement business plans, marketing strategies, and operational manuals to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and employees, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing teams in a golf or leisure environment, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, and facility management best practices.
  • A recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development, or a related subject, preferably to degree level or NVQ 4.
