The Role: As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial part in specifying lighting solutions for Architects, Designers, End Users, and Contractors. Your expertise will be instrumental in winning key projects with renowned clients across the East and West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Specify lighting solutions for Retail, Commercial, and Leisure clients
* Work closely with Architects, Designers, End Users, and Contractors to deliver bespoke designs
* Utilize your knowledge of lighting products, including Spotlights, Linear, Track Systems, Project Downlights, and Commercial Downlights
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing existing accounts and driving revenue growth

Benefits: As a Sales Engineer, you can expect a competitive salary of £35k-£50k, plus commission paid quarterly and annually (circa 20%). You will also enjoy a company car, phone, laptop, and pension scheme.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of specifying lighting solutions into Architects & Designers and seeing projects through to completion with Contractors. Self-motivation and a focus on delivering results are essential for this position.
