About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Histopathologist to join our Diagnostic and Molecular Pathology department based in Truro, Cornwall. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of various cancers using advanced molecular techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake molecular diagnostics, including PCR and tumour expression analysis.
  • Provide expert pathology support for Bowel Cancer Screening and other cancer programmes.
  • Collaborate with neighbouring hospitals to implement a digital Histopathology solution.
