Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Life Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Life Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Perform pool testing and maintenance according to established procedures.
  • Set up and break down activities and events as required.
  • Engage with customers and promote repeat bookings.
  • Deal with customer queries and provide high-level customer service.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business and customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong swimming skills and a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and the ability to exercise these in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to correct behaviour of pool users.
  • High standard of physical fitness.
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service to a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the customers and business.
