Pool Attendant

About the Role:

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all users of the Centre's facilities.
• Performing pool testing according to procedures and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Engaging with members of the public, encouraging repeat bookings, and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
• Working flexibly to meet the needs of the customers and business, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

Requirements:

• A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and the ability to exercise these in the workplace.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to appropriately correct behaviour of pool users.
• High standard of physical fitness.
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service to a diverse client base.
