Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our procurement processes. As a Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable tasks, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and supporting the Management Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Managing payment runs and supplier reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, accounts payable, and customer service. You should be able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
