About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join our team at Bridge Education. As an ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, promoting a love of learning and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and promote digital literacy.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching methods.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and industry trends to ensure teaching is relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE/QTS/etc) and experience in delivering ICT education.
- Strong knowledge of the National curriculum and ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes diversity and equity.
- Pro-active and resilient with a passion for improving standards and student outcomes.
