About the role: We are excited to announce an opening for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our exceptional team on a full-time, long-term basis. This position has become available due to the expansion of our school, reflecting our commitment to providing the best possible education for our growing student body. In this role, you will be responsible for a class of 25 enthusiastic and eager-to-learn students. You will have the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant and access to excellent resources to help you deliver engaging and effective lessons. This is an excellent opportunity to join a school that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching KS1 or a similar age group.
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
• Creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.
