About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our team full-time. This position has opened up due to maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic teaching community. You will be responsible for a class of 25 well-behaved and motivated students, ensuring their academic and personal growth in a nurturing environment. This role stands out due to the exceptional support system in place for our teachers. From extensive resources to continuous professional development opportunities, we are committed to your success and growth. Additionally, we welcome Early Career Teachers (ECTs), providing them with comprehensive mentorship and training.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum.
• Assessing and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student learning.
• Attending professional development sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
