Drive High-Profile Deals as a key player in our thriving Corporate M&A practice. Work on complex, cross-border transactions alongside leading partners from the US and UK. Gain invaluable experience navigating international transactions with a strong US legal focus.

You'll be at the forefront of deal execution, drafting and negotiating crucial transaction documents like mergers agreements, acquisition agreements, and private placement memoranda (PPMs). Your sharp legal mind will be vital in conducting thorough due diligence on target companies and advising clients on all relevant legal and regulatory matters.

We're looking for a qualified lawyer in England & Wales or another relevant Commonwealth jurisdiction with a proven track record in corporate M&A transactions (3-8 years PQE). The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, a master of drafting and negotiation, ensuring clear and concise legal communication, a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to accuracy, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
