Job Title: Global Corporate Finance Specialist - US Law Firm

A leading US law firm is seeking a skilled professional to join their Global Corporate Finance and Securities team on a permanent basis. Taylor Root have partnered with this prominent law firm to identify exceptional talent.

About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who can monitor, update, and track the progress of new matters, deals, and transactions. The ideal candidate will deliver essential paralegal support to fee-earners and provide financial analysis skills. European languages, specifically Greek or Italian, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of new matters, deals, and transactions
  • Delivering essential paralegal support to fee-earners

Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in the billing process and WIP within law firms. A strong analytical skillset, particularly in financial analysis, is necessary for success in this role. £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
