We are seeking a Senior Community Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established community mental health team in an Outstanding Trust. As a Senior Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a holistic and assertive service for working age adults with severe mental illness. You will work closely with the experienced consultants and other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide community-based mental health services to working age adults with severe mental illness
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Consultant Psychiatrist with experience in community mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
