Key Responsibilities:- Supervision and Coordination: Direct and manage on-site activities of subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of drainage works.
- Quality Control: Ensure all drainage works meet required standards and specifications.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Project Monitoring: Track progress against the project schedule, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records and report on daily activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues, coordinating with project management and subcontractors as needed.
- Essential: Extensive experience as a General Foreman or Supervisor, in surfacing works and airport projects.
- Desirable: Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
