Surfacing Foreman

People Group Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Surfacing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of drainage works and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

• Supervision and Coordination: Direct and manage on-site activities of subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of drainage works.
• Quality Control: Ensure all drainage works meet required standards and specifications.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Project Monitoring: Track progress against the project schedule, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records and report on daily activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues, coordinating with project management and subcontractors as needed.

• Essential: Extensive experience as a General Foreman or Supervisor, in surfacing works and airport projects.
• Experience working for a surfacing contractor
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
