SRS Care Solutions is seeking compassionate individuals to fill the role of care assistants in the Galashiels area.

No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive paid training for all candidates. We prioritize qualities such as empathy and dignity in our recruitment process.

Our dedicated staff deliver essential support to Service Users in their residences. Responsibilities may include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with medication. We also provide a competitive mileage reimbursement for travel between Service Users.

We have openings for Full-time, Part-time, or Bank positions as we expand our team. As an accredited national living wage employer, we offer a pay rate of £12.15 per hour.

Shifts are available from 7am-2pm and/or 4pm-10pm. Please ensure your availability for these shifts before proceeding with your application. Our schedule follows a consistent 2-week rolling rota, ensuring you know your working hours in advance. The standard shift pattern is as follows:

Week 1: Monday/Thursday/Friday

Week 2: Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday
