About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Boots, working on the Liz Earle counter. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of skincare experts to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized consultations and skin services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Sales and Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and optimize in-store promotions and offers.
  • Counter Presentation: Ensure the counter is beautifully presented, showcasing the range of Liz Earle products and creating an engaging customer experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Liz Earle brand, embodying its values and ethos, and promoting the brand's mission to customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Skincare Expertise: A passion for skincare and a deep understanding of the industry, with experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business planning and analytical skills, with the ability to manage inventory, optimize sales, and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
