About the Role

Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing group to recruit a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner based in their Stonehouse, Gloucestershire office.

Your New Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will take responsibility for working directly with operational management, providing daily/weekly/monthly performance analysis on key business metrics. You will drive/support bottom line improvements, provide analysis, and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with operational teams to drive strategic growth
  • Providing financial support to commercial decision makers
  • Ownership of operational budgets and implementation of weekly/monthly reporting
  • Preparation of month-end variance analysis and project-based work
  • Internal/external audit and ad-hoc duties

What You'll Need

To be considered for this role, you will be part qualified/qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience with business partnering experience. Strong MS Excel skills, effective communication skills, and the capacity to influence others are essential. Experience with SAP and within the manufacturing sector would be advantageous but not essential.
