Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business fundamentals, including revenue models, market positioning, and competitive analysis. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development
- Developing regional product roadmaps aligned with global strategy and market demands
- Overseeing the regional product portfolio to ensure alignment with global strategy and market relevance
- Managing budgets for product development and ensuring efficient resource use
- Ensuring products comply with international standards and certifications for smooth market entry
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 3+ years' experience in product management or related field
- Optical networking or telecommunications product/industry/technical acumen
- Proven track record of driving product revenue growth and profitability
- Experience working effectively within a matrix environment
The salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, plus benefits package. This includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
