About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our commercial insurance broking team. As an Account Director/Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of insurance brokers, provide guidance and support, and ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Technical and Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in commercial broking, with a proven track record of sales growth and client management.
- Education and Training: ACII (or commitment to achieve in agreed timescale).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Excel, with experience of using IT systems.
