Contracts Manager - Fire Protection

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their fire protection team in Whitstable. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and tracking projects, working closely with the team to produce RAMS, schedule materials, estimate, and oversee the installation of various passive fire protection products.

The Role:
  • Manage contracts from start to completion, working closely with the Project Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Produce daily and weekly progress reports on various projects
  • Schedule materials and resources to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Read and understand contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance
  • Prepare monthly contract applications and account reports
Requirements:
  • Previous contracts management experience, preferably in the fire protection industry
  • UK Driving License and ability to commute to Whitstable office
