Job Title: Regional ER HR Advisors

This is an exciting opportunity to join Alexander Faraday Limited as a Regional ER HR Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end ER support to our sites, including complex cases via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ER support to sites, including complex cases, via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Support change management projects to ensure a smooth transition for employees
  • Prioritize workload to ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Support business growth and change by providing HR expertise and guidance
  • Travel to sites as needed to provide support and guidance
  • Provide general HR reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ER and HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to travel to sites as needed
