With $12M in Series B funding, we're growing rapidly and seeking a Partnership Development Manager to drive growth and innovation by building and maintaining relationships with key strategic partners. Our ecosystem includes technology providers, individual referral partners, solution providers, and a community contributing to high-impact solutions. Key responsibilities include performance monitoring and reporting, building and maintaining relationships, and leveraging CRM tools like Hubspot. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in partner relationship management in a B2B SaaS business, preferably in fintech or FS, with a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related topic or a good knowledge of the FS field. The role offers a hybrid work style, stock options, bonus and commission schemes, private medical insurance, and a pension plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners
  • Monitor and report performance
  • Leverage CRM tools like Hubspot
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner relationship management in a B2B SaaS business, preferably in fintech or FS
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related topic or a good knowledge of the FS field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Native or fluent in English, with another foreign language a plus
